Billiards Room

In years past, earlier generations of young people (as well as older men and women) "hung out" around billiard rooms and bars (often they were together). Today, billiards is less of a "hot spot" for young people, while role playing has ascended in their thinking.

Becky Herr-Stephenson and Jessica K. Parker write about this (and more) in the article "Role-Playing-Stephenson & Parker"(RP.pdf) that you can read and write up with the subject "Role-Playing" under the Pilgrimage topic at the Discussion Tab on your Adventurer's Log for up to 10 XPs.

"Role-Playing-Parker" from Teaching Tech-Savvy Kids by Jessica K. Parker, Corwin, 2010, excerpts from Chapter 5, pages 83-91, 95-99.
